Recently accomplishing Project Superintendent at Tanner Services LLC,managing site inspection and leadership, significantly enhancing project delivery and quality control. I was brought to Tanner Services to open the department, begin the hiring process and equipment acquisition to put together a team to mainly work for chevron and other important and existing customers.

I managed logistics on vac trucks, hydrovacs and wash crews. Invoicing, field tickets and pay roll were part of the duties.
I started as a wash bay tech on 2015. Then I was rapidly promoted to dispatcher where I surpass expectations and later got me to lead dispatcher. The last 3.5 yrs I was promoted to Operations Supervisor, in this positions I managed the roll-off department, hydrovac department and wash crew department. Which included about 25 DOT drivers, 5 dispatchers and 15 technicians.
