hello my whole now experience in my job is starting almost in the whole process of car moflers we'll make moflers for some toyota models. the first starting process is rolling metals sheets in some oble position.then we seam that part.then we increase another part named subs and core some fiber two caps in both sides then we heat fuxed.to take it up to the Panasonic robotic welding programming. after that we inspected to be sure it has a perfect weld we set it up in row pack box and is ready for the tig and mig manual welder .we do tubing fabrication after the tube bending operator give wherever bending we cut the tube with some fixtures we deburt the tube to take it to the expending or reducing machines we have a Panasonic robotic plasma to make holes it can be in metal sheets or metal tubing
