Julius Bishop

• Assemble boat components using hand tools and power tools.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure product quality.
• Inspect parts for defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe and effective work environment.

Inventory Receiver

Unloaded delivery trucks; inspecting and ensuring that all packages are in tact and parts inside are not damaged. Received all deliveries into inventory management system “Epicor”, maintaining up to date records of all inventory for the stock room.

Komo (CNC) Operator

Utilized a CNC routing machine cutting plastics, plexiglass, and wood; interpreting blue prints for an assembly team. Routinely cleaned machinery and organized workspace so all tools, papers, and equipments are easily and readily accessible.

Assembler

Assembled various boat cabinetry including: tackle boxes, fishing rod holders, drawer units, and much more. Interpreted blue prints of different designs to ensure an accurate build of products, utilizing different hand tools and machines for proper installation.

IN PORT

• Sand, needle gun, prime, and paint divisional doors, and divisional spaces.
• Maintained the cleanliness of all of our spaces.
• Conducted preventative maintenance on light fixtures, watertight doors, racks, CO2 bottles, life jackets, and more.
• Prepared for deployment with extensive trainings and drills.

OUT-TO-SEA

• Assisted in the movement of aircraft, chalking, and chaining them down into assigned spots in the hangar bay.
• Assigned to a "Fire Team" where we assisted DC's in case of an emergency fire on board.
• Stood watch to overlook certain areas of the hangar bay to ensure the safety of my shipmates.
• Maintained the cleanliness of all divisional spaces.
• Followed any other orders of those appointed over me
