In my time at Bravas I experienced an abundance of hands-on experience, from fully outfitting multimillion dollar homes/high-rises/commercial buildings with high tech security systems to programming lights audio systems and TV's

As a sales technician at ADT, my main objective was to install all security equipment on the customers order sheet. On average I would complete two to three customers' homes a day. While I was at the customers' homes installing security devices, I would connect with the homeowners on a personal and professional level for them to feel comfortable enough to go through with an upscale of our other products.

Working as an alarm installer I have learned numerous amounts of technical and sales skills. I've learned that the key to selling, whether a service or a product, is by building value and helping the customer understand the importance of the equipment or services.

As a crew lead at Discount Tire I lead a team of four technicians. We made sure all the cars were serviced in a timely fashion and every procedure was followed. I would give the company more of my Time by staying late and volunteering myself on the weekend to power wash the shop floor. This job taught me teamwork and leadership skills.

My primary job at Ross as a security sales consultant was to make sure all merchandise was accounted for at the end of the night. Other duties were to check entrances and exits at the end of the day, and answer any customer complaints. I was tasked with making sure all the money had been placed into the safe by the end of the night as well.

• Watched for customer and employee theft, identifying shoplifters and signs of dishonesty.
• Responded to emergencies to mitigate safety hazards, fires and threats to life or property.
