Since 2005, dedicated to academia as a lecturer in Political Science, achieving a Doctorate in the field. Teaching includes subjects relevant to International Relations, such as Globalism and International Relations, and History of Political Thought. Publications in high-ranking journals, with an article on Albanian democracy forthcoming in Democratization, one of the leading political science journals worldwide.
Practical experience includes the role of Head of the Centre Against Violent Extremism under the Prime Minister's Office of Albania, engaging with international organizations and NGOs. Additionally, as the Albanian expert for the Manifesto Project, conducted qualitative data analysis on electoral programs, gaining insights into international political trends.
Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, coupled with a role as a peer reviewer for Studies in East European Thought, supports a strong candidacy in the field of International Relations.
Conducted qualitative comparative research by coding and analyzing the electoral programs of Albanian political parties for the Manifesto Project, the largest worldwide initiative for the study and analysis of political manifestos. Served as the Albanian expert for this project.

Led the NGO sector of the Centre Against Violent Extremism under the Office of the Prime Minister. Managed initiatives in Albania to prevent and counter violent extremism through community outreach, policy development, and stakeholder collaboration. Coordinated efforts to raise awareness and build resilience against extremist ideologies.
My lectures have focused on the intricate relationship between transnational crime and democracy, exploring how criminal activities across borders impact democratic systems.

Our work aimed to foster continuous improvement and support the university's commitment to academic excellence.
Lecturer in the "Open Society for Albania" Foundation project: "Activism in Albanian Education". In this capacity, I conducted interactive sessions and workshops for young people, focusing on their civil duties, rights, and roles as active citizens within schools and communities. Through engaging discussions and activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of their potential to effect positive change and contribute to a more inclusive and democratic society.
Lecturer in the "Open Society for Albania" Foundation project: "Activism in Albanian Education". In this role, I conducted workshops and educational sessions specifically addressing the rights and empowerment of the Roma population. Through tailored discussions and activities, participants gained insights into advocating for Roma rights, combating discrimination, and promoting inclusion within Albanian society. These sessions aimed to empower individuals to actively engage in advocating for the rights and well-being of the Roma community, fostering a more equitable and inclusive society.
