June Cech

Senior Executive Assistant, Operations + HR Support
Portland,OR

Summary

For over a decade, I helped scale operations within a growing creative technology company and video game publisher, leading initiatives that balanced employee wellbeing, company culture, and a strong public presence through large-scale events. My work spanned multiple areas, from senior executive support and cross-departmental hiring initiatives alongside company co-founders, to HR operations, event execution, and international developer coordination. Among these, my most rewarding focus was building and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

I co-founded and implemented the company’s first structured DEI program, engaging external consultants, overseeing internal and external audits, and translating audit outcomes into actionable, company-wide initiatives.

At the heart of my work has always been a commitment to structure, inclusivity, and operational excellence—with people kept at the center of every effort.
