- Member of Strategy and Infrastructure team in 3 sectors: Stood up Feature-based Product Line Engineering (PLE) infrastructure Assisted dozens of product line team members with PLE concepts and tools. Stood up and led the PLE Community of Practice since 2018 to share knowledge on using Feature-based PLE. Created educational material on PLE including tutorial videos on PLE tools. Senior Staff RF & Mixed Signal Engineer

- Led team to develop rapid prototype of a Fast Settling Synthesizer (FSS) unit for a restricted program. Completed worst case analyses and risk reduction for the unit. InP technology frequency synthesizer IC integrated into FSS. Led 2 teams on Attitude Control drive electronics for James Webb Space Telescope as a control electronics manager for the development and qualification test of engineering units. Led a team of 20+ engineers/technicians/specialists to develop the 20 GHz tunable transmitter unit with extensive modulation capabilities from concept through flight unit production. Our team received a NGAS Quality Award in 2010 for delivering the EQM unit on time on an aggressive schedule.

- Led a team of 9 engineers/technicians as well as 3 subcontractors to deliver a Ka Band Transceiver Module System for battlefield ID and communication. Negotiated performance specifications and created SOW and contract terms with customer to capture business. Module design encompasses front end Ka Band receivers downconverted to baseband and then upconverted to a 40 GHz transmitter. Led a large team of SMEs and engineers to develop a collision avoidance automotive radar in a single MMIC on a board that was wired up to the rear and side bumper radars of a vehicle.
