  • As a Project Manager at FDH, I was responsible for managing multiple field crews (ranging from 2-8 teams).
  • Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • I was responsible for finalizing and reviewing various tower steel, foundation inspections, and mapping reports related to communication towers, transmission towers, and bridges (foundations, tower steel, etc.).
  • I was responsible for finalizing and reviewing various research reports.
  • I worked with our Operations Manager to plan the field crew schedules, access to towers, manage what equipment they would need and assist our Engineering Manager in quoting future jobs.
  • I was tasked with completing all initial preparation work for projects such as work plans, safety plans, etc.
  • I worked with a team of research engineers in various ongoing research projects, including a Department of Defense research contract that focuses on the health of aging concrete in critical structures.
