* Responsible for developing investigative strategy; including Global Media Analytics and other data to support investigations
* Conduct thorough, timely investigations, often managing over 100 cases at a time. Prepare a report of investigation documenting the findings
* Develop HR and facility auditing and development training programs
* Responsible for Performance Management, HR Generalist Affairs and Issues, and making sure the company is up to standard on federal laws and compliance standards
* Collaborated with review boards on management of discrimination complaints to facilitate risk mitigation.
* Responsible for training personnel on a highly complicated Human Resource Database system. Received over 10 commendation medals for exemplary job performance during monthly Divisional Audit Inspections
* Granted military security clearance to handle classified and confidential company information
* During military service, assigned as the company lead investigations non-commissioned officer Protected Class Title VII investigations and drug abuse related cases
