Technical Operations
- Develop, scale and manage business operations and supply chains globally, implement strategic initiatives and support feature launches for Apple media products.
- Aid Product and Engineering teams through product lifecycle, including requirement gathering for new products, UI design, product localization, QA testing and post-launch planning.
- Develop and manage partner tools, specs, reports, partner support processes and channels, and assist engineers in roadmapping, bug fixes and enhancements.
Business & Product Strategy
- Partner with Business, Product and Engineering teams in product planning and business strategy, and assist team with scoping and product development roadmap.
- Partner with local business leads, develop and execute growth strategies and expansion plans based on data points, customer insights, and industry trends in key markets.
- Planned and executed successful growth strategies that have consistently yielded double-digit revenue growth.
Partner Development
- Establish and manage partner relationships for Apple media services, including major book publishers, music labels, content aggregators, and creators worldwide.
- Lead partner forums and workshops to advocate for Apple platform and ecosystem, and educate partners on new features, tools and best practices.
- Collect and analyze insights from partners to improve user experience, increase sales, and promote product and market development.
