Accomplishments

At JNoel Cafe, I revamped their entire coffee drinks menu, made correct adjustments to their recipes and introduced Frappuccinos, cold brew, cortador, piccolo and matcha lattes. For their break menu, I introduced the croissant breakfast sandwiches, crepes and waffles - researching and developing their recipes. I helped a failing cafe turn around with an increase in breakfast and beverage sales in the e upwards of 300%+.
