· Managed 21 academic advisors by reviewing study plans made by them, giving feedback to team activities and pep talks.
· Planed weekly data-driven strategy of the entire branch to maximize academic growth regarding students and mentor’s performances for each week
· Created a system and study planning sheet to ensure students could have their learning plans reviewed seamlessly by any mentor when they arrive, improving accessibility and consistency in academic support.
· Ranked 15 out of 95 branches for greatest student progress for the spring season.
· Served in the orchestra’s Public Relations team, managing social media presence and promoting events online by posting ticket information and activities of the orchestra.
· Involved in 4 concerts as a cellist and 6 concerts and events as a PR team member, balanced practicing pieces for concerts and planning and executing PR posts in Social Media.
· Supported 6 senior students in preparing for their entrance exam as a main academic advisor and mentor, held weekly meetings to encourage peer learning, sharing study progress and taught key points for each week to accomplish academic goals.
· Designed individualized study plans and road maps, monitored weekly performance, and provided feedback to improve time management, study habits and co-created weekly study plans that maximized their growth.
· Three students went to Medical school(two of them got into their first destination) and two students went to their first destinations(Architecture and Engineering faculty respectively)
・Vice President of the school festival student association that consists of over 250 students with 8 teams. Took initiative and provided leadership for organizing the festival as a member of executive team.
・Managed inventory and hygiene for food, classroom projects, student volunteer exhibits and stage producing and planning as an executive manager. All food products were sold with 1.8million yen which was the highest revenue in record.
・Designed routes, posters and layout to handle over 3,000 attendees while ensuring efficient traffic flow.
