• Led a team and launched GPU utilization and efficient resource allocation management solution for Amazon super nova model launch (10k+ instances), and saved $ billions of dollars
• Created the centralized dataset catalog (4k+) for machine learning scientists, with 1-click dataset management along secured access.

June, 2020 - June, 2022 (Business Payments)

• Launched EU VAT invoice weekly/monthly data consolidation release cycles with careful planning. Lead the team with multiple parallel workstreams and coordination across various teams in different countries.
• Launched JP e-invoice with restrict country specific tax requirement and increased overall team productivity through continuous process improvement initiatives and effective resource allocation.

• Business e-invoicing system launch: Lead the project design and cooperate with 4 different teams to integrate with Amazon e-invoicing system with chorusPro platform and launch our product PBI for France public sectors (~9k customers). Built all customized data from checkout into xml file with other required data and embedded invoice pdf, and transmit the whole xml through AS2 server.
