I spent my middle and high school years in China due to my father’s work. While living there, I attended Qingdao No.1 International School of Shandong Province, an American international school. Through this experience, I studied under American teachers and learned extensively about U.S. history and culture.
Living in China also allowed me to become fluent in both Chinese and English.
After returning to Korea, I completed my mandatory military service as an auxiliary police officer. I was stationed in Seoul, where I operated police trucks and buses in heavy traffic conditions. This gave me the ability to confidently and skillfully drive a wide range of vehicles.
At university, I majored in Aviation Operations. During my studies, I trained to become a pilot and developed a strong sense of responsibility and discipline through the program.
