Release Manager: Worked closely with IP teams to determine appropriate drivers to release to OEMs. Implemented and improved flighting process to flight OTW (Over the air) drivers to self-host groups within Intel to test and prove in-house drivers across multiple platforms and create basis for recommendations to OEMs on driver releases; includes allocating work across employees within org as well as creating and driving processes across teams.

ESWD Program Manager: Created program from ground up and defined processes for daily and monthly operations; large group events and working with outside of Intel entities for collaboration (local businesses, school districts, Department of Education). Worked with privacy and legal to create necessary documentation for program participation. Worked with school districts to create monthly plans and curriculum, presented annually at OSTC (Oregon State Transition Conference) statewide conference, maintained and updated hardware/software on program systems for data collection, and planned/organized/executed end of year certification ceremonies that included notable guests including government officials, to bolster relations between Intel and the community, and securing local company support through donations.

GPTW (Great Place to Work/People First) initiatives: drove improvements to organization health scores by planning and managing work events: large group (200+) quarterlies, events, and volunteering; events for SIV in CCG such as org-wide talent shows with Executive Leadership Team participation and organizing events requiring Legal/Privacy/Public Affairs due to high level community member involvement.
