Manage all aspects of a Trucking company as a owner operator.

Responsible for the service dept to include all employees, scheduling, customer service, custom work and diagnostics.

Responsible for the shop rebuild programs that included all parts rebuild by Zip. I managed all employees involved and including handling all inventory of parts used to rebuild and the rebuilt parts afterward. I was responsible for implementing new items to be included in the rebuild programs and managing existing ones for procedures and pricing structure.

Responsible for all Technical sales and customer service that came in through our phones systems or brought to my attention from the sales staff.

Responsible for training sales staff on products we carried and new items being introduced.

Responsible for finding new items to sell and maintaining a relationship with new vendors and current vendors.

Responsibly for creating a system for labeling parts to meed the CARB requirements to determine what could be sold over the internet going into California.

Responsible for all aspects of parts management. Sourcing new parts to add to inventory, creating part number listings, maintaining vendor relations.

Responsible for Technical sales and customer service

Responsible for our uses parts division.

Created our Zip in house rebuild program that I was responsible for until I left until 2023.

Created our Zip Service Dept which I was responsible for until I left in 2023.
