- Responsible for providing sales reports on a weekly basis (Sales opportunities, Lead Progression, etc) These reports were contingent on gathering data from many different locations. Alteryx was used for this gathering process. However, the process at the time took days to run, was done manually, and locally on a laptop. They hired me to redesign the process, get it running automatically, and on a server. Within a few months, the process was redesigned and running as per our expectations.
- Power BI reporting and DAX code. Worked on multiple projects that required producing Power BI reports ranging from smaller projects to very large high priority projects.
- GCP. Worked with the GCP platform and BigQuery. This included raw queries, Power BI datasets, and Alteryx integrations.

- Support Contract 360 accounting system. This involves general configuration update/fixes.
- Work the general ticket queue. This involves supporting typical salesforce related issues. It ranges from educating users on our Salesforce system to configuration based development.
- Work with other teams to provide occasional data analytics to the Salesforce admin team in order to shed light on blind spots.
- Provide general integration knowledge to the salesforce team when needed. We had a multiple integrations that would bring data to and from salesforce from various applications. (Empcount/Epicor/Dynamics D365.)

- Create and support Accounting related SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages. This requires development/SQL knowledge. I was a part of the Contract 360 team. The aim of this project was to move accounting off billing spreadsheets and into a billing system in Salesforce. My role was to create SSIS integrations that pulled data to and from Salesforce, and work on Salesforce configuration for the project.
- Support third party applications/integrations used by internal employees. (Symon, Uluro, Epicor data, Empcount, Nice Incontact, Hirevue) This usually would involve working with SQL, having strong understanding of backend data, as well as being able to reverse engineer this applications on the front end in order to provide tier II support for the business.
- Support the Print Shop. In addition to providing support for the Uluro print shop tool, I designed a web application using Symantec Workflow. This application provided the Print shop team with a tool that would allow them to easily certify print data (Employee Checks/Garnishment checks) The application utilized SQL to pull data from Uluro, massage the data, and write it to one of our databases.
