- I help the players on the Volleyball Team in any way possible and make sure practice runs smoothly without interruptions.
- During games, I help the team through warmups and make sure no unforeseen problems occur regarding the post-game.
- This involves making sure the post-game food is prepared and ready for the players to eat and making sure everything is in order after the match is over.
- I work with two other managers in which we work in a collaborative effort to solve problems when they arise
- In this job, I have to solve problems on the fly with intuition to make sure everything runs smoothly for the program.
