Serve as a senior contributor supporting the launch and continuous improvement of global road safety processes across Amazon’s transportation operations in the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and strategy for over-the-road (OTR) transportation driver training and logistics across the U.S. and Canada, driving scalable solutions that enhance network capacity, safety, and compliance within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Manage a decentralized team including 30 exempt managers and 250+ driver trainers responsible for workforce readiness and compliance across a multi-region supply chain network.

ATL7 – Union City, GA (03/2018 – 03/2019)

• Led a team of 20 associates through a shift transition to FH/BH with no operational impact.
• Spearheaded yard safety improvements, including infrastructure changes in partnership with HR, LP, and Facilities.
• Served as the Omnitracs SME for the South Region and Hostler Master Trainer for Georgia, certifying two trainers and four drivers.
• Served as point of contact for ATL6 TOM operational handover.

• Manager of 4 hubs located in Chattanooga, TN, Birmingham, AL, Montgomery, AL and Pensacola, FL. Responsible for 2 lead drivers and 25 route drivers.
• Drive key performance indicators for cost savings, and maintain efficient utilization to track and trend key performance indicators to ensure the center is meeting and exceeding customer/company expectations.
• Ensure that transportation procedures offer the cost-effective solutions that will drive profitability.

• Completion of transportation paperwork to include: Route Manifests, Invoices, Special Customer Requests and Notifications, Maps and etc.
• Responsible for understanding Department of Transportations (DOT) rules, regulations, hours of service and ensure driver compliance.
