To improve the quality of life for my clients by effectively and safely training and coaching them in all walks of life to get more active and modify lifestyle habits. To guide them in achieving their personal health, fitness, and performance goals with the implementation of exercise programs, general nutritional information, and suggestions for lifestyle modification.
Coming out of high school I chose to pursue a professional skateboarding career. I was not successful but I did greatly improve as an athlete. Being a skateboarder contributed to my love for being active and grew me to the point of taking ice baths for performance.
