I am a self-driven motivator that is determined to make a positive impact on my associates. Throughout my 5 years of being a manager, I have worked with many people of different ethnicities, backgrounds, and beliefs. Associates know that I care for them and are willing to go beyond what I ask of them because of consistency within my relationship with them. I have made lifelong relationships with associates who respect me as a manager because I give the same respect. Two key aspects I rely on while managing are finding out what drives each individual and clear communication of structure in how to complete their job most sufficiently. I build relationships with people anywhere I go by being genuine and eye contact; that way once the conversation is complete, me and that other individual are aligned on the same page.
