• 1997 Started as an apprentice at the age of 16
• Learned Tool and Die work for one year in the Tool room
• 1998 I began night shift as a CNC operator/manual machinist
• 2002 I became Team lead for the night shift, over seeing 4 individuals
• 2006 attended CMM programming Scool in Providence RI, Brown and Sharpe
• 2006 to 2012 Worked Day Shift in the CNC machine shop
• 2012 to 2015 I became Team Lead/Foreman of the CNC machine shop and the assembly department
• Coached team members in techniques necessary to

complete job tasks.

• Worked different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals.
• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.
• Evaluated employee skills and knowledge regularly, training, and mentoring individuals with lagging skills.
• Set up CNC and Manual machines while continuing my Team lead duties
