- Learned how to sound and climb poles, got comfortable turning around in our belts and working on a pole.

- Practiced setting single and double cross arms, sagging wire and attaching to dead ends.

- Dug holes to align, plumb, and face poles

- Learned the fundamentals of Line work and appropriate verbiage and knowledge around Line work.

- Worked with a small team flipping houses. Bought nasty houses that needed to be cleaned out and fixed up.

- Mostly did complete demolition interior, then laid flooring, repaired and replaced drywall, installed windows and sliding glass doors.

- Learned how to do tile work inside bathrooms and kitchens. Repaired and replaced cabinets, kitchen appliances and sinks.

- Replaced and repaired light fixtures, outlets, light switches and ventilation fans, plus painted walls interior and exterior and cut in edges. Laid trim along the house, inspected and replaced or cleaned the roof and gutters when needed also.

- Primarily built for Nike and Adidas event departments, building one-off designs out of wood or metal and often wrapped in a vinyl design.

- Used multiple different saws, drills, sanders, hand tools and adhesives to assemble a variety of different structures. Building everything from platforms you can walk on, to 3D walls out of wood or metal framing you can move and reassemble easily.

- Took their ideas and turned them into reality, building anything from a 8 foot tall and 20 foot long mountainside out of foam with 4 different mannequins on it. Down to wrapping coasters, chairs, counter tops or even walls with their logo or design on them.

- Oftentimes worked 16-18 hour days to complete projects before deadlines. Things got changed last minute, so we had to stay and make sure everything got built before event day.

- Provided guidance and information to customers about available products and options for their cars or trucks.

- Oftentimes lifting vehicles anywhere from an inch to a full custom six-inch lift with new wheels and tires and lights.

- Managed scheduling customers and checking in on delivery of products and parts, ensuring they arrive within a reasonable time. So we can get parts installed within a timely manner.

- Coordinated service appointments with customers that worked best with our shop and the customers' desires and timelines.

- Started out as an apprentice with our forman learning how to diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

- After a year of being an apprentice I switched over to be an Independent technician, but still working with my forman when needed.

- Conducted routine maintenance checks to enhance vehicle reliability and safety. Along with replacing broken or damaged parts like suspension or steering components, and also mechanical components inside or around the engine.

- Utilized diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues and recommend solutions.
