- Fabricate parts, fixtures, safety barriers and anything necessary at the time to keep production running or for safety purposes.
- Order parts when necessary or ahead of time for shut down projects.

- Troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic components as well as make hydraulic lines whens needed.

- Blockline - Troubleshoot hydrulic/pneumatic valves.
- Replace and rebuild motors, chains drives, pumps, and troubleshoot machines that machined cast iron blocks.( Drilled, tapped, cut down and bore the block)
- Rebuild transfers and automations.
- Use calipers to determine how much offset needed to be made to make a machine back in specification using shims or machine offset.
- Encore - Troubleshoot flow controls and hydraulic/pneumatic valves.
- Troubleshoot belt drive carriers and motors that move heads from one machine to the next.
- Calculate offsets for machines when parts where going out of given specification.
- Replace motors and drives when needed.
