Justin is currently an Advisory Consultant in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Regulatory and Legal Support offering, with a focus on banking and capital markets. He joined Deloitte after graduating Gettysburg College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Organization Management Studies and a minor in Business. Justin has over 3 years of experience at Deloitte working with multinational financial services companies to address regulatory compliance needs. Specifically, Justin has experience regarding development of effective internal controls through evidence-based control evaluation. Justin’s specific experience includes identifying and aligning key risks through risk and control self-assessment strategies, to effectively identify and mitigate risks with key controls implementation across varying lines of business. Justin’s work addressing the compliance needs of multinational financial services companies also includes compliance transformation planning to help create more effective and efficient compliance processes through the overhaul of RCM framework, policies and procedures. Lastly, Justin has valuable experience working EPMO for a Large Multinational Financial Technology Company through project work based around the management of 7 different Data & AI Initiatives via design and implementation of a SharePoint site.

• HomeBridge Financial Services, In this role Justin supported day-to-day office activities such as billing support, taking down meeting minutes, and assisting with client outreach.
• Post Acute Partners, In this role Justin supported the Healthcare company Post Acute Partners with system implementation of a new HR platform (Titan) as well as other dynamic software systems to track labor force metrics and improve workflow through real time data.
