  • Inventory management: monitored inventory levels of several key stock clothing pieces such as Navy Blazers, White Shirts, and Dress Pants in two different locations. • Created detailed PowerPoints through Excel Pivot Charts that tracks and analyzes Key Performance Indicators such as Net Sales, Units Sold, and margins in several departments ranging from suits to shoes on a Quarterly and Year to Year comparison. Created and presented a 50 slide PowerPoint for upper management that highlighted the average time spent on a major advertising project per team and individual, the strengths and weaknesses of each department through tracking of billable and non-billable hours, and ways to improve effectiveness of the in person work schedule post-COVID
  • Embedded Pivot Tables and Graphs, SUMIFS, and XLOOKUP across the spreadsheet that would allow annual reuse of the spreadsheet as quarterly and annual employee hours data comes through the pipeline
  • Collaborated with 3 colleagues to create a 30 minute internal proposal in a SWOT analysis format that will allow Publicis to attract Gen Z talent through the use of a mobile social app, a proposal that would give Publicis a blue ocean niche compared to other major marketing firms.
