• Implemented forging process improvement team generating $650K annually in scrap and rework cost reduction
• Recognized by Site Director for spearheading negotiations with UAW bargaining unit resulting in reduction of work classifications from 31 to 18 and laying groundwork for strategic productivity plan
• Trained as Human Performance Safety Program Advocate for site, developing standards and training personnel
• Coordinated with sales team and key Aerospace customers to improve OTD by 180% in 5 months

• Directed CI projects worth $835K in annual productivity savings, supporting facilities in Indiana and New York

• Reviewed engineered drawings and performed quantity takeoffs for RFQs
• Consulted on warranty issues with Comanche Station Unit 3 equipment

• Construction of 750 Megawatt coal-fired utility boiler, Comanche Station Unit 3, with responsibility for all boiler systems, duct work, SCR, fuel systems and insulation subcontractor
• Reviewed engineered drawings to resolve erection conflicts with craft supervision, developed critical lift plans for heavy lift mobile cranes, and performed quality control activities for welder qualifications and customer turnover packages
• Coordinated activities with customer, remote design and commissioning teams, and fellow contractors, implementing design changes and additional work orders
• Supervised 30+ man union boilermaker crew during 6 month boiler repairs
