In May 1994, I started my apprenticeship with Millwright Local 1607 with Can Lines, Inc. Eventually, the company changed its name to CLE, or Can Lines Engineering, as they go by today. Through my apprenticeship until June of 2017, I was extremely fortunate to have been taught a very extensive and precise skill set, along with an engaged work ethic. Working in facilities such as breweries, food and beverage facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, and almost every kind of manufacturing and processing plant. Learning skills such as,

  • Maintained accurate records of all repairs performed on machinery.
  • Repaired or replaced defective parts, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Removed old equipment from services in an efficient manner.
  • Adjusted machine settings to optimize performance and reduce downtime.

Affiliations

  • June of 2017 after several years as General Foreman with CLE, i let my boss know prior i would be leaving due to personal reasons, i started with Ethos energy the following week on UPS Hub build, with 100 Millwrights over two shifts. With in a few weeks i was given the opportunity to be a foreman, which over the next couple months i was made a General Foreman. After a small 3 week project at a refinery, Ethos not having any work for 3-5 weeks. I started at Advanced Constructors as General Foreman in March of 2018, where i spent a few years working in the same facilities as i did at CLE. After a couple years i went to PMI as a Superintendent , about 18 months later the opportunity to work for Universal Plant services as a Superintendent, both PMI and Universal Plant Services brought me on to run a division in the conveyance Industry. Around 18 months ago, i started as a Superintendent / CEO at IPAG LLC, where i am currently working at this time.
