
With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I have continuously expanded my skills and knowledge. I started my career at a mom and pop pizza shop and then progressed to the renowned Monkeypod, where the restaurant received the prestigious Restaurant of the Year award. Seeking further growth, I transitioned to fine dining at Merrimans Kapalua, one of Maui's top establishments. Later, I had the opportunity to assist a friend as the executive chef in opening a new restaurant/store. Relocating to Las Vegas, I faced unforeseen challenges due to the pandemic and found temporary work with Instacart. However, my passion for cooking led me to apply for a position as a cook in banquets at the JW Marriott. Through dedication and hard work, I quickly advanced to become a master cook and eventually assumed the role of Chef de Partie at the poolside cafe. As my journey continued, I was entrusted with overseeing banquets and gaining expertise across various stations in the steakhouse, ensuring exceptional quality in every dish.
