Provided primary care services and comprehensive occupational medical assessments for USAF's largest training wing comprised of over 40K basic military trainees, technical school attendees and international students annually. Led vital sickle-cell screening and management program for all trainees. Served as on-call preceptor for 26 specialized field medics and provided training and mentorship to over 60 junior staff members.

Delivered primary care and occupational health services to over 2.5K active duty military members. Served as alternate lead for bomb wing's nuclear personnel reliability and arming/use of force programs. Oversaw clinic's National Patient Safety Goals initiative and led 7 member root cause analysis team.

Directed primary care and military medical readiness services for 1.5K patient empanelment of active duty personnel, retirees and civilian family members.
