Purpose of the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
The Senior Strategist sets the tone for their industry specific team. They are the primary go-to person for day to
day training and answering questions from the Strategist team. The Sr. Strategist conducts client health
reviews and provides feedback on areas of improvement with each Strategist. The Sr. Strategist will manage
their own client relationship and assist the team by taking on additional relationship as we grow.
Responsibilities:
• Be a great Strategist
• Respond to all client and consultant request the same day as received
• Answer daily questions from the team

• Organize and report on new clients coming in
• Assign incoming clients to Strategists within the team
• Conduct Client Health meetings with all members of the team
• Organize new hire in POD training and assist with trainings when necessary

prioritize tasks, analyze data, and change focus quickly from one client or project to another as needed
