- Lifecycle and management of campus-wide UPSs, making sure each closet is adhering to standards, and each rack has enough battery backup to company standards.
- Keep up with the ticketing system (TDX) that we utilize for an inflow of construction demands and network trouble repairs needed.
- SSH into Cisco devices to view the current run state, port activity, and troubleshoot different clients.
