I have been through a few jobs since I started my working career, but the one thing all of them have had in common was that they all promoted quality customer service. As a result I have accumulated 18 years of experience as well as a strong need to help every client to the best of my ability when they come to me asking for help. I have exceptional public speaking skills, and with them I am able to speak comfortably to all kinds of people while at the same time making them feel comfortable speaking to me. Additionally, I have exceptional problem solving skills that allow me to produce effective solutions to problems efficiently and my desire is to continue to utilize and grow these skills going forward. Thank you for your consideration.
I moved to Vertical Screen's Customer Service Department in 2019 where I quickly moved up to become the Team Lead in 2020 and then the department Coordinator in late 2022. I primarily handle supporting representatives with high level situations along with tracking and reporting their production and making sure different areas of our department are covered at all times.
I worked as a HR Researcher where I was tasked with gathering, verifying and reporting information on the potential job prospects of our clients. After 2 years in this roll I was promoted to Team Lead where in addition to my research responsibilities I was also tasked with fielding questions from other researchers regarding how to properly proceed in different research situations. I was eventually offered a position on the Validations Team where I was tasked with performing the final check on any searches leaving our department to ensure they were handled properly.
I worked here as a Customer Service Representative, where I opened and serviced accounts, as well as took consumer lending applications for various products. Other responsibilities included; working the Teller Line, placing monthly orders for the branch to keep it stocked with supplies and performing my duty as a Notary Public in the state of Pennsylvania.
I worked as a Customer Service/Sales Representative at Gamestop for 5 years. I had been a big 1 fan of video games and computers since I was in elementary school so it was a good fit for me given my skill set in customer service and broad game knowledge. My responsibilities were mostly focused on sales and helping to guide customers on their purchase decisions by answering any questions they had about our different products. I had sales goals that I had to meet and consistently met selling subscriptions to our rewards cards.
