My time at Bob Evans Restaurant provided me with the experience of running a kitchen and training employees. As well as my proven ability in time management and attention to detail, leading to reduced waste and enhanced kitchen efficiency. My skills range from training staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring exceptional meal service during peak hours. I've worked myself from the bottom of the industry to the top and I feel this organization would be a crowning achievement in my culinary journey.
