• Travel (80% travel) to customer sites to install, repair/troubleshoot, commission, or provide training on food slicing equipment and conveyor systems.

· Utilizes working knowledge to troubleshoot and repair Motors/Wiring configurations, Electrical Schematics, Control Circuits, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Preventive / Predictive maintenance, PLCs, computers.

· Certified Amazon Field Trainer: traveled all over the US instructing classes both hands on and in a classroom setting on various conveyance equipment such as transnorms systems, Intralox belts, shipping sorters, ambaflex spirals, control cabinets, as well as many others.

Coordinated scheduled shutdown repairs, assigned PM’s and work orders to techs, monitored metrics to ensure we stay ahead, audited completed work orders, while maintaining good relationships with operations, safety, and all involved vendors.

· Performed work on Caterpillar/Ariel natural gas compressors such as the 3306, 3506, 3516, 3606, and 3616 Series.

· Conduct preventative maintenance on the packages stated above, completing engine swings, valve swaps, head changes, detecting gas leaks, mobilizing units, engine alignments, and troubleshooting units primarily on Chevron Locations in the Permian and Delaware Basins.

· Generated work schedules, rotations, and approve all PTO requests

· Performed quality checks and evaluations to ensure my team was working efficiently and safely at all times

· Installed headlights, wiring harnesses, radiators, intercoolers, cross-members, and bumpers on a day-to-day basis
