Build and assemble and test driveshafts for the drag racing and Nascar as we as the hobbyist. Operate a manual lathe, mig and tig welding of different steel and aluminum as well as highspeed balancing all within tolerances and a timely schedule. Also responsible for handling all maintenance and repairs on machines and keeping work area clean.
Building complete classic cars, including chassis and body parts from raw materials to complete car, including engineering, welding, fabrication and road testing. In the last 20 years i've been involved in manufacturing side of car parts, that include welding, machining(lathe & mill), press brake, polishing, sales, shipping and recieving, forklift operation.
I've built 3 cars from the ground up, a 1939 dodge truck in four months, a 1929 Chevrolet coup that took about ten months and a 1928 Chevrolet pickup, that took about a year. All the cars had custom built interiors, hand fabricated out of steel, I also built a custom Harley Davidson with alot of custom built machined parts, that also took about a year. I truly enjoy the car hobby and helping friends and customers resolving their automobile issues. I seem to haver a obsession on starting a project and finishing it.
