Directed a working group within the Air Training Command within the Air Force. Led a team of 16 subject matter experts to establish guidance, and initiated technology upgrades for 193 personal over 26 geographical separated units.

Managed 12 technicians, and 1,300 equipment inspections for 3,500 military assets that supported 2,700 military free fall parachute jumps leading to my section being awarded the most effective parachuting program within the Air Force's Special Operations, Special Tactics division.
