• As a Journeyman Electrician, I have gained the following knowledge and skills in the electrical trade:

o Working with single and three phase 120 – 480 VAC

o Control work with 24 V controllers and devices

o Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Relay Logic

o Assembling and installing wire connections

o Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical equipment such as motors, control circuits, panel boards, fixtures, transformers, and switch gears

o Installing conduit which involves cutting, threading, bending, and assembling

o Reading blueprints, wire diagrams, schematics, and job specifications

o Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)

o Operating bucket trucks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

o Experience and working knowledge of electrical trade tools and test instruments

o Understanding and following electrical safety policies and procedures

o Using Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) for energy isolation

o Ensuring work is performed safely and sufficiently for intended operations

o Working from written and oral instructions

o Accurately recording time and materials for each task

o Pulling/terminting data and audio/video cables.
