- Built relationships with students in the building to help recruit the halls and grow the numbers for the football program.
- Designed and implemented the Speed and Conditioning Program for the Grizzly football team, basketball team, wrestling team, and most of the female athletic teams.
- Organized all Defensive aspects to practice, assigned duties to Defensive coaches, built depth charts, and handled film meetings for all defense.
- Lowered the Grizzly scoring defense to 28 points per game in an 11-game slate.
- Improved sack total from 11 in 2024 to 20 in 2025.
- Improved takeaways total from 11 in 2024 to 13 in 2025.
- Allowed 124 pass yards a game, down from 231 in 2024.

- Second Team All Conference Selection in Jireek Washington who finished 4th overall in receiving yards.
- Developed and maintained a cumulative 3.0 GPA for the 16 athletes I was over.
- Recruited and built relationships with student athletes all over the country to be successful at Southern Virginia.
