• Investigate and monitor AO Safety Reports.
• Assist Projects Team with new station launches.
• Monitor compliance of C070: Station Launches.
• Maintain written standards for AO programs.
• Vet AO programs with IEP processes, and FAA DCT.
• Assess the risk of new standards and SOPs through the use of SMS and risk assessments.
• Conduct RCAs when problems arise. Understand and analyze the root cause.
• Manage the effectiveness of AO Corrective Action Plans.
• Assist Safety and 119s to respond, carry out, and execute (AO), and Quality Assurance compliance actions through continuous improvement.
• Conduct on-site surveillance of airport operations and fuel suppliers.
• Manage fuel and de/anti-icing training programs administration and compliance management.
• Achieve simplicity in processes by reviewing current practices, and recommending changes.
• New process ideas are presented to the Airport Operations management team and implemented as appropriate via change management.
• Support training and auditing operations as required.

Flight OPS

• Operational Planning - Reroute / Cancel
• Ensure legality of all operated flights
• Coordinate and monitor International Operations
• Coordinate aircraft diversions and recoveries

Corporate Security / Record Keeping

• Alternate Aircraft Operator Security Coordinator (AAOSC)

• Work with HR & assist with agent onboarding

Safety / Materials / Manuals

• Coordinate with corporate leadership to identify training and development opportunities - improve safety and optimize performance
• Author and revise station training materials and manuals

Auditing

• Conduct Station Audits
• Audit business partners and contracts
• Audit Fuel & Deicing Vendors
• Participate in company / corporate audits - ARGUS, FAA.

Team leadership

• Assist Director of Stations to maintain company Compliance
