Justin Lemcke

As a welding line lead, I am responsible for 34 employees in the welding and fabricating department. This job includes making sure all parts are made in a timely manner and delivered to the welding lines to complete air compressor tanks. I am also responsible for maintaining and repairing welding equipment. In addition, I train operators to maintain and repair their own equipment. This welding lead position requires me to address any quality concerns and resolve the issues.

As a welding shop forman, I was in charge of all the raw material inventory, including the ordering and sales. I was also in charge of all the machining and fabricating work. On a daily basis, I dealt with all of the customers and their custom fabricating requests. This included the engineering, design, and fabrication of the product. In addition, I was responsible for the CNC plasma table and all the design and finishing work for the customer.
