Responsible for checking and maintaining the mechanical conditions of the mud system, controlling mud properties and mud volumes, racking and laying down drill pipe and drill collars, maintaining and inspecting safety equipment, providing housekeeping, checking mud properties, and maintaining mud equipment.

Operating tongs, slips, kelly spinners, ST-80, as well as performing all maintenance of equipment. Assisting Derrickhand with mud tanks, mud pumps and chemical mixing. Also responsible for housekeeping activities, safety of myself and safety of those around me.
