My job duties include keeping motors and pumps greased, clean and running well, I do a weekly test run on the 2 emergency generators for the building. I also do weekly gauge readings for the high and low rise domestic water pumps, and if there is any sort of issues that come up, myself and the other 3 engineers work together and resolve the problem.

Paid close attention to guidelines, specifications, and detailed instructions and maintained operational and maintenance regulations. Analyzed and identified problems and initiated correction actions. Called to get pricing information from various vendors to support cost-effective purchasing. Budgeting effectively, allocating tasks, and maintaining high standards of safety and work quality. I kept track of equipment, inventories, and system upgrades in order to prepare and present detailed reports to upper management.
