· Manage 6 Instructors and up to 16 students for an 8-week course of instruction designed for the entry level student to the combat area of Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW)

· Participated with other subject matter experts to create a path to qualification for the AN/SQQ-89(V)-15 SONAR supervisors to be implemented fleet wide on all Arleigh Burke Flight IIA class destroyers
· Participated with other subject matter experts to create a path to qualification for the AN/SQQ-89(V)-15 Underwater Batteries Fire Control Operators to be implemented fleet wide on all Arleigh Burke Flight IIA class destroyers
-Provided guidance and instruction to employees regarding their duties and responsibilities.
· Managed over thirty-two students and sixteen staff members for the purpose of watch bill assignment one day out of every ten for seventeen months.
