  • Led the Jira Service Management project across the company, managing the setup, workflow creation, and pilot testing to streamline service request handling and improve team collaboration.
  • Split responsibilities for quarterly upgrades for the following systems: EKS, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch), PG Bouncer, and HAProxy.
