Provided general therapy for diverse patient populations across five counties. Collaborated with Alacare, Gentiva, LHC Group and now Alacare in partnership with local hospitals for 16 years. Completed specialized training for complex geriatric patients and implemented proprietary programs tailored to this demographic.

Assisted surgeons in transitioning from Hughston Clinic to East Alabama Medical Center for a joint venture. Supported operations at an off-site multidisciplinary clinic serving a diverse patient population. Contributed to staff development and created a proprietary Tech training program during this period.

• Worked in Hughston Clinic with diverse specialty orthopaedic surgeons with diverse diagnoses. Responsibilities included working with Hughston and Auburn University training athletic trainers through the Kenny Howard Fellowship.

• Was first employee of physician owned physical therapy CORF in joint venture with RehabCare Group and Southern Bone and Joint Specialist, Dothan Alabama. Diverse orthopaedic and sports medicine practice and implemented and designed specialty programs to include return to play for athletes working with athletic trainers, aquatic rehab, industrial rehabilitation including training in Functional Capacity Evaluations and impairment ratings, wound care program and hand therapy including static and dynamic splinting. Promoted to Executive Director role with addition of LTACH in joint venture with Noland Health Services of Birmingham, Alabama with Southeast Alabama Medical Center in 2004. By end of employment, had 5 physical locations and 36 employees in this role.

• Outpatient physical therapy practice with specialty aquatic, chronic pain, manual Rx and industrial rehab type programs. Promoted to Facility Director 1998. Responsibilities included management of 2 local nursing home contracts with multidiscipline staff of around 10. Included in-house billing department.
• Located in the Lexington Athletic Club, Lexington Kentucky.

• Worked at 2 assignments in Texas and Kentucky for hospital based in-patient and outpatient settings with some industrial rehab exposure.
