Volunteering Service
Helps members of various Arizona communities by partnering with churches that garner volunteers to help make, ship, and assemble beds for families with children who don’t have beds for themselves.

I have balanced my rigorous academic schedule with my personal life and hobbies. My dedication to my various volunteering activities has opened my eyes to the needs of people of many different backgrounds. I’ve worked with elderly people, physically or mentally disabled people, and economically less fortunate people. My experiences with these people has not just taught me how to cooperate with people with various needs and of various backgrounds, but has brought me immense empathy and understanding of how the world works.

A program I regularly visit for school and outside of school activities, Paz de Christo runs a free cafeteria, wash, and computer station for those who can’t afford said hospitalities. I specifically volunteer for the cafeteria where food is prepped and served directly to anyone who walks in.
