Completed 60 hours of my first-semester clinical rotations at the Emory Decatur Hospital, gaining practical experience in the nursing field. Actively engaged in patient care under supervision, honing skills in communication, teamwork, and healthcare delivery.

As a server at Louisiana Bistreux, my main responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service to guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and handling payments and transactions. I also maintained a clean and organized work environment, assisted with setting up and breaking down tables, and communicated effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers. I also had extensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu and specials and was able to make recommendations and answer any questions that guests had.

I provide excellent customer services, greeting customers and presenting menus to them after seating. I take and serve food/drink orders and make suggestions based on the customer's preferences.

I arrange table settings and keep tables clean and tidy at all times. I also deliver checks and collect payments, as well as cooperate and communicate with all my fellow serving and kitchen staff members. Lastly, I make sure to adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

As a food runner/busser at Shabuya Shabu Shabu Hotpot Restaurant, my main responsibility was to ensure that guests had an enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This included setting up tables, clearing dishes, and assisting servers with delivering food and drinks to customers. I also greeted guests and provided them with menus, answered questions about the menu, and offered recommendations when needed. Additionally, I worked closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food orders were accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Overall, my role as a food runner/busser required excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
