Some of the job duties were, procurement of all materials, validation of hours to complete job packages within scheduled timed outages, timing and scheduling of outage milestones, creating project estimates for each job package, coordinating and scheduling of third party contractors, receiving and submitting Labor estimates from third party contractors and submitting them to the turnaround management for approval, converting labor and material estimates into purchase orders, tracking progression of work on a daily basis monitoring against planned performance, monitor budget spend vs planned, submission of proper documentation of discovery work requiring cost estimates and planning / scheduling of work to be completed.
· Planned and executed two 10,000-man hour Steam Power Plant Major outages, coming in on time and under budget.
· Planned and managed three 22,000-man hour annual wastewater outages in 2021, 2022, 2023 with no injuries and extensive discovery repair completed.

In 2002 I started out as a custom lift kit installer, the job entailed installation of prefabricated lift kits and accessories for trucks, cars, and off road vehicles. in 2003 I moved up and became the shops lead fabricator taking on custom jobs that required precision details and advanced fabrication skills. I doubled as one of the lead sales associates for the shop, customer satisfaction was our top priority with putting out a great product that any customer would be glad to have, as the lead associate I had to look over and interpret all contracts with vendors and clients, bring in new vendors and products to keep up with the ever growing market. As the shop grew I became the trainer for all fabricators and sales associates, holding all employees to the high standards it takes to run a successful business.
As a child I grew up hunting and fishing with my father, taking the boat out and catching big fish to bring home always made me happy. As I got older I took on a liking to barbecuing and extreme sports, my parents were always worried about me getting hurt, but they could see the joy in my face as i lived life to the fullest. I have always had a passion for harley Davidson motorcycles and i own one of my own, I will never be able to get rid of my harley. I enjoy my hobbies but I think i have too many, but who says there is a limit to having fun! for 10 years I was a volunteer firefighter for Napa County and i enjoyed every minute of it.
