Key Responsibilities,

• On-site Managemet: Supervise and manage all daily on-site activities and personnel during Cataylst change-out process or related projects.

• Saftey and Compliance: Enforce strick safety protocols, standard operating procedures and occupational health standards are to be maintain to secure a safe work enviroment, conduction regular safety inspections and have a writen potental hazards anaylis per each shift prior to work

• Project Scheduling: Coordinate crews and subcontractors, develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and milestones.

• Communications and Reporting: Serves as the main point of contact for the Superintendent, Clients, and subcontractors, providing regular progress updates and maintaing a detailed daily logs and documentation.

• Problem-Solving: Address and reslove on-site issues, conflicts between subcontactors, or unexpected delays quickly to avoid bottlenecks and additional costs.

• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure all work performed meets the specific project requirments, design specifications and the industry standards

• Resources and Material Coordinations:Coordinate the delivery of the equipment and materials, manage resources effectively, and ensuring all necessary items are avalible on-site.

• Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the on-site team, which man include mentoring junior staff and ensuring clear communications of the project requirments
