Saftey and Compliance: Enforce strick safety protocols, standard operating procedures and occupational health standards are to be maintain to secure a safe work enviroment, conduction regular safety inspections and have a writen potental hazards anaylis per each shift prior to work


Project Scheduling: Coordinate crews and subcontractors, develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and milestones.


Communications and Reporting: Serves as the main point of contact for the Superintendent, Clients, and subcontractors, providing regular progress updates and maintaing a detailed daily logs and documentation.
